For the energized items we do not have any return or refund policy. However if in case the wrong product gets delivered or the item gets lost in transit then we will either send another item or will process the refund based on the customers request.

We do not have any return policy as the prasad is sent after being offered in the name of the client. The only case when we process a refund is if the prasad does not arrive or gets lost in transit. Orders can be cancelled within 8 hours after placing the order.
