Due to the sacred nature of our products, we do not accept returns for any items. All our products are offered in the name of our clients, and many are energized in the name and gotra of the client, making them highly personalized and sacred. As such, we cannot accept any returns.

If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, we are unable to cancel your order as our products may have already been offered or energized. Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 3-5 working days.
Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at mahakaalprasad@gmail.com. We will promptly evaluate the issue and work to resolve it to your satisfaction.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:
